Top Canít-Miss Things in San Francisco this Holiday Season

The Holiday season is just around the corner. It’s the time of the year when Christmas carols are hitting the airwaves and malls are packed with people doing early Christmas shopping. San Francisco offers a limitless number of things to do during this special time of the year. Here are the top must-visit or must-try things to do in San Francisco this holiday season.

1. Ready yourself to see not just one, not even two and definitely not only three giant Christmas trees in San Francisco. In fact, there are a dozen trees to keep you mesmerized and give you the feels of the fast approaching Christmas. The 80-foot plus size Christmas tree in Union Square is everyone’s favorite. Another crowd drawer is the one in City Hall, and of course the majestic tree at Pier 39.

2. Pier 39 is not only known for its restaurants and shops. It also hosts special events for the holiday season. So the next time you visit Pier 39 for the anticipated tree lighting ceremony, try staying a little longer to experience other special activities and events in the city.

3. Tony Award-winning Broadway musical has just hit the roads of San Francisco. Catch Disney’s Aladdin this holiday season ‘til January 7, 2018 and experience being like a kid again in this once in a lifetime musical extravaganza.

4. Go for a tour with friends and family at AT&T Park. Baseball season may be over, but the ballpark will always be open to the public. Check their group tours or request for a private tour of your own.

5. Go sightseeing on board the Big Bus. If you think touring San Francisco can be tiring because of the many things it can offer to visitors. Then riding this will elevate your tour experience. Take their special holiday lights tour and be ready to be wowed by the holiday trees and twinkling lights as the Big Bus takes you to a one of a kind ride.

6. End your 2017 with a bang with fireworks at San Francisco. Bars and restaurants in San Francisco usually have special fireworks display on the new year’s eve to kiss goodbye to the previous year and welcome the coming year with a blast.
